One of the most enjoyable experiences you will attain from Together Stronger is that you will be part of a community that lifts each other. The Together Stronger Community will support, encourage and motivate you no matter what level you are at, if you’re a complete beginner to fitness or a long term fitness enthusiast. PERSONALISED INTRO COACHING
Before beginning your Together Stronger Journey, we will be coaching through the fundamentals of all movements and taking you through a mini WOD (Workout Of the Day) to help you build confidence prior to starting. This is a nice way to meet your coaches and get a feel of your new home away from home.

CLASSES
